Do you need a locker?

When I’m touring the parks, I have 2 modes: Mommy Mode and Free and Easy mode. Mommy mode requires numerous bags, contraptions, gadgets, strollers, handy things that I can NOT LIVE WITHOUT! But when John and I get a chance to tour these days without the ninos, I tour with as little as possible – usually just a fanny pack or whatever I can get into my pockets.
Unfortunately, I’m in Mommy Mode far more often than I am not, so I have to do things like think about what we really need to tour and if possible, should we get a locker.
All of the parks have lockers and you can find the sizes and locations at WDWInfo as well as prices. Here are somethings to take into consideration:
- Do you want to spend the money on a locker? Yes, I know $5 isn’t that much but it’s the principle of the thing. Do you really need to stop, take the time to separate your stuff, etc? If so, get the locker.
- Do you need to change clothes after leaving this park and do you need to carry around a lot of stuff for that? If you’re going out to eat and need to wear something fancy, then by all means get a locker. Although I’m always a little wigged out by ladies dressing in public restrooms.
- Have you bought something that you just don’t want to carry around all day and you don’t have time to have it shipped back to the room or the expense of having WDW ship it to your house? Then by all means get a locker.
Have you used a locker at the parks? What’d you put in there?
