Christmas at Walt Disney World

A little while back, we spent part of the Christmas holidays at Disney World and it was just magical. I did not think that I could enjoy the parks more, but Disney put on their Yuletide gear and showed me what they could do when properly motivated. I have never forgotten that and hope to experience it again very soon.
As you might imagine, Christmas at the Mouse is one of the most expensive and most crowded times of the year. Most of the month of December is quite reasonably priced so opt for visiting a couple of weeks before and you’ll get experience all the magic and with fewer crowds too. If you want to spend the holiday itself with Mickey, expect to spend top dollar for your accommodations and food. Also be aware that there will be several days when the parks close early for special events and private parties.
Overall, December is a great time to go and you really should consider it as a family holiday at some point. It has been our wish that you would enjoy this little bit of the holidays at Walt Disney World this week, in the event, that you, like ourselves, aren’t able to get there in person. We hope that the little tastes of each park have kept you in Christmas Cheer and here they are again:
- Christmas at the Magic Kingdom
- Christmas at EPCOT
- Christmas at Hollywood Studios
- Christmas at Animal Kingdom
We also hope that you’ve enjoyed our review of the Christmas decorations and the massive gingerbread houses!
Next week, we’ll back to our normal shenanigans. Meanwhile, we hope you and your family had a Merry Christmas!
